Integrated Behavioral Health

Behavioral health encompasses services and supports for individuals with mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and intellectual disabilities.  One of the most important developments in community care is the integration of behavioral health services with primary care and other health services to create a total care model for populations with multiple needs.  The resources below provide insight, ideas, and promising practices for developing integrated behavioral health models.  These resources can be used to support collaborative learning and improvement in community models of care.
